In recognition of its 85th Anniversary, New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio proclaimed October 28, 2019, NYU School of Professional Studies Day. New York City Deputy Mayor of Strategic Policy Initiatives J. Phillip Thompson presented a proclamation from the Office of the Mayor that focused on the many ways NYU SPS has helped to educate the workforce of NYC. The presentation occured during a celebratory event on the same day.
85th Anniversary Events
To commemorate its 85th Anniversary as a leader in providing professionally focused educational programs, the NYU School of Professional Studies hosted a forum on “The Future of Work,” on February 12, 2020 at the NYU Kimmel Center for University Life.
